Decent VPN, minor hiccup

I recently got the 2-year subscription after my previous VPN expired. The ordering process was simple enough and the payment went through without a hitch. I mostly use it on my Mac, so the VPN for macOS was my main interest. Installation was straightforward. Connection speeds are generally good, and I haven't experienced any significant buffering when streaming. However, I did have one instance where the connection dropped unexpectedly, but it reconnected on its own after about 30 seconds. Support was responsive when I contacted them about a question regarding router setup, which was a plus. Overall, a solid service for the price, but that one disconnect was a bit annoying.

Happy with the student deal!

I got the student discount on a 1-year subscription for their VPN. It was a really good price compared to other options I looked at. I mainly needed it for school work and general browsing. Setup was easy on my laptop and phone, VPN for Windows and Android both work fine. The discount made it feel like a real steal, definitely worth it for a student budget. No complaints here, it does what I need it to.

Good for the price, connection sometimes slow

Picked up a 1-year plan for the VPN for Windows during a seasonal discount. The price was attractive, and I was looking for something reliable. The setup was quick, and I appreciate that they offer OpenVPN configurations. For the most part, it works well for general browsing and some light streaming. I do notice that some server locations can be a bit slow at peak times, which can be a little frustrating when I'm trying to watch something. Customer service was helpful when I asked about their no-logs policy. Overall, it's a good service for the money, but I wish the speeds were more consistent across all servers.

Good value, solid performance

My first time buying from here, I picked up the 1-year plan for their VPN. I was looking for something affordable but still good for basic browsing and streaming. The initial purchase process was straightforward, I just went through the steps on their site. Setup on my laptop was quick, maybe 5 minutes for the VPN for Windows. Speeds have been decent, I haven't noticed any major slowdowns while using it. I tried their 24-hour free access first, which was helpful to see how it performed before committing. So far, it feels like a good deal for what I paid.

Super easy setup!

Got the VPN for Android and it was so easy to get started! Downloaded the app, logged in, and I was good to go. Didn't have to fiddle with any settings. I used it on my phone during my trip last month and it kept everything secure. Really happy with it!
